Add a banner to new site

What I would like to know is how do I add a banner to a site I want added to the crypto downline builder? I cannot find full instructions of how to do that and after the moon based crypto's left it is pretty bare there.I know it can be done,I just don't know how.

The description box accepts html code, so if you get the code just copy and paste it in there.
Or if you have the banner URL, use this code:

Replace the url between the quotes with you banner's url.
